In allen Ländern der Europäischen Union gibt es heute eine ver­stärk­te Diskussion über die Möglichkeiten von Wirt­schafts­for­men, die durch eine Verbindung sozialer, so­li­da­ri­scher und unternehmerischer Zielsetzungen ge­kenn­zeich­net sind. … Verschiebt sich mit sozialen Unternehmen, Ge­nos­sen­schaf­ten, social enterprises und social business das Zentrum der Entwicklungen von der Achse zwischen Zi­vil­ge­sell­schaft und Staat hin zu der Achse zwischen Markt und Zivilgesellschaft? Ist Deutschland im internationalen Ver­gleich ein Nachzügler solcher Entwicklungen?
